The retreat
My 16th retreat in one of my favorite places on Earth. Five nights on the sand. We start Sunday, January 31 and finish Friday, February 5, 2027.
What a day looks like
Here’s the shape of it, so you’re not walking in blind.
Morning
We start our days oceanfront with coffee, fruit and the best banana bread in the world. Breakfast is followed by a beach walk, and an all level morning flow.
Midday
A sumptuous brunch, and then the afternoon is yours on the beachfront beds. That part is not a scheduling accident. It’s the point. In other words: Heaven.
Evening
We gather again for another session of yoga, stretch, meditation and conversation, followed by dinner in signature Amansala style.
Where the days happen
Mornings start oceanfront, and that isn’t a figure of speech. The water is right there when we practice, and the afternoons happen on the beachfront beds a few steps from it.
Why Tulum
Tulum is a spiritual vortex. People seem to really be able to access a lot of the questions they have been asking themselves. We gather. We practice. We move. We cry. We laugh. I’m not here to sell you a vacation. I’m here to give you a week that actually changes something. This isn’t about touching your toes. It’s about the stuff underneath.
Who it is for
The morning flow is all level. If you have never taken a yoga class in your life, you’re still in the right room. This is right for you if you’re new. This is right for you if you’ve done twelve of these before. Leading retreats is my superpower.
From her retreats video
There’s nothing that brings me more joy than to lead spiritual seekers and soul adventurers and yogis and all those going through all of the things in life on retreat in magical places. Sometimes you come with a specific need in mind of what you want to either let go or bring in. And sometimes the experience just takes you on a ride, a magical ride to somewhere you didn’t even know you needed to go.
