My Story
Hi, I’m Halle
I create communities to support and hold space and be an active advocate for those that are in the big shifts of life — all ages, all stages of this magical journey that we're all on together. So my retreats reflect the beauty of the world we live in, the conversations that need to happen, the exercise, the inner work, the outer work, the outer landscapes of magical places to venture to — to go both inward and outward bound...
Here’s what’s real
I have lived many chapters... magnificent and monstrous moments that have all shaped where I am today. I ran a production company for 30 years that I started when I was 23, including a stint working with Oprah, and won national awards for my work. I also suffered from extreme anxiety, low self-esteem, and people-pleasing while trying to hide my drug addiction.
Let’s go on a journey
I found yoga in my late 30s and it changed my life and saved my life — that’s why I teach. I am a storyteller and a wise woman and wear my battle scars proudly and use them to hold safe space in my classes and on adventure retreats around the world.
I seek a community of like-minded people who want to go on journeys to cool places, do some grounding yoga, make some magic, and touch their feet on different parts of the earth in community vibe.
At 62 I feel relevant and available and gratefully still a beginner in so many ways.
This is my third act and I am so excited to share it with you...
Teaching
Halle "homegirl" Becker has been spreading her sweat and surrender fitness gospel on yoga mats and soul bikes for over 15 years.
Halle was voted most popular yoga teacher in NYC and her SoulCycle classes have a devoted following of celebrities and NYC mover shakers all seeking their dose of sweat and rock & roll.
