Where can I practice with you if I cannot come on a retreat?
In person at LAVA Hot Yoga in Hudson, New York: Mondays at 6pm, Tuesdays at 5:30pm and Fridays at noon. On Sunday mornings at 9:30am Eastern I teach on Zoom for $25, so you can practice with me from anywhere. I do not teach in Manhattan anymore.
What is your teaching style?
Fiery, athletic hot yoga, and no, it is not Bikram. It is a storytelling class: I talk while you move, and the story is usually the point. I will say it plainly, because it is the truest thing I know about my own teaching: nobody story tells the way I do.
