My 15th retreat in one of my favorite places on Earth. We start our days oceanfront with coffee, fruit and the best banana bread in the world. Breakfast is followed by a beach walk, and an all-level morning flow. The afternoon has sumptuous brunch and afternoon relaxing on the beachfront beds. And in the afternoon we will gather again for another session of yoga stretch meditation and conversation followed by dinner in signature Amansala style. In other words: Heaven.
